This is to inform you that “COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)” SAO (hereinafter the “Bank”) has changed its name pursuant to enactment effective September 1, 2014 of Federal Law # 99-FZ “Concerning Introduction of Changes in Chapter 4, Part 1, of the RF Civil Code and Rendering Certain Clauses of Regulatory Acts of the Russian Federation Null and Void” and based on the resolution of the General Shareholders Meeting of “COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)” SAO (Minutes # 41/2016 dd March 4, 2016).

Henceforth, the new full company name of the Bank will read as follows:

in Russian: Акционерное общество «КОММЕРЦБАНК (ЕВРАЗИЯ)»,
in German: «COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)» akzionernoje obschtschestwo.

The Bank’s new short company name will be:

in Russian: АО «КОММЕРЦБАНК (ЕВРАЗИЯ)»,
in German: «COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)» AO.

Please note that payment and other statutory details of the Bank (except its name), as well as its official address and telephone numbers will remain unchanged.
