Commerzbank is best in class: DISQ „Deutscher Servicepreis 2017“ award in the „B2B client survey“ category in Germany

Since 2006, the German Institute for Service Quality (Deutsches Institut für Service-Qualität, DISQ) conducts competitor analyses regarding service quality. The overall winners in 17 categories have been honored by DISQ and German news channel n-tv in Berlin. Based on 850 decision-maker interviews within 9 surveys, Commerzbank wins the category „B2B client survey“, compared to 23 further German companies.
