Commerzbank AG Spain Branch provides its Customer Service Department, where complaints regarding financial operations or services based on contracts signed with this Entity can be addressed.

For this purpose, we kindly request the use of the form provided below, which must be duly completed and signed. However, this entity may accept any other written complaint as long as the requirements for processing established in Article 9 of the Regulations of the Customer Service Department of Commerzbank AG Spain Branch are met. These Regulations also inform about the maximum resolution timeframes for complaints and claims in Article 11 and the right of the claimant to approach the claims services of financial supervisors in case of disagreement with the outcome, as stated in Article 14.
Additionally, we inform you that for any inquiries related to the follow-up of your complaint, you may contact us either by postal mail or email at the address specified above.
The operating hours of the Customer Service Department of Commerzbank AG Branch in Spain are:
• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 to 15:00
(During summer season (23.05 – 30.09), the operating hours will be Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 15:00)
